It runs for 6 weeks and is designed to help you and your partner practice many coping techniques for labour and birth, get hands on practice with newborn care, know how to get started breastfeeding successfully and help you connect with the community resources.
Sensational Siblings: A class for the children in your lives. It includes stories, a video clip, time for arts and crafts and a certificate of completion.
